REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

1. Perishable Goods: Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, perishable goods (food and dips) are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel.

2. Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at [contactus@thelittleherbfarm.co.uk] with photo evidence. We will offer a replacement or refund.

3. Non-Perishable Items: For gift sets or non-food items, you have 14 days to return the item in its original, unopened condition.
